IDAHO SPRINGS RESIDENTIAL PERMIT
The Idaho Springs Residential Permit is available to residents of Idaho Springs with current proof of residency. Permits are approved based on the City Code regarding parking space requirements.
All city residents may register their license plates by submitting a permit application below.

You may upload a utility bill, a copy of your lease, your driver's license or your vehicle registration to demonstrate your current city address.

Once in the system, residents can park in any of the paid parking zones for free. Those who live in the downtown area will receive a residential permit and can park in any of the permit parking zones (brown areas on the parking map).

Residents can park anywhere in the 'paid parking' areas EXCEPT for Miner Street and the cross avenues from Center Alley South.

CLEAR CREEK COUNTY PERMIT
Clear Creek County Permits are available to residents in Clear Creek County with current proof of residency. Permits are approved based on the City Code regarding parking space requirements.
All county residents may register their license plates by submitting a permit application below.

County residents can park in paid parking lots for free - this does NOT include 'residential areas' on the map.

VISITOR PERMIT
All visitors of Idaho Springs Residents may request a temporary parking pass. Please e-mail us to request this visitor pass.
Permits are approved based on the City Code regarding parking space requirements.

The Visitor Parking Pass allows visitors of Idaho Springs Residents a temporary parking pass that is good to park only in the 'Idaho Springs Residential Permit' locations.

This is a single use, non-transferable, time restricted permit.

This permit expires on the date and time set forth on the front of the permit.
