Initial violations are $50. Unpaid violations double after 14 days.

As the Town of Idaho Springs' parking operator, Park Idaho Springs has been granted the authority to issue violations and collect violation fines on behalf of the Town of Idaho Springs.

VIOLATION APPEALS

If you would like to dispute a parking violation issued by Park Idaho Springs, your dispute must be made in writing within 10 days of the violation date.

Disputes cannot be handled in person or over the phone.
